THE TAVERN OF PILIER

In Courmayeur since the opening in 1971, in our hotel there is our “à la carte” Restaurant, very renowned in the area, it welcomes both residents and non-residents alike.

Where, once upon a time, was a little cattleshed, now, in a country-elegant styled ambiance, surrounded by the welcoming warmth of the fireplace, we invite you to enjoy our cuisine, which proposes both typical regional and national dishes such as the Fondue of aosta valley “fontina” cheese, the raclette, the Steak tartare, the Pierrade of Pilier, the Fondue Bourguignonne, the Chateaubriand and the Bagna Cauda.
